Why Not Us? is a leadership program that promotes community, integrity, confidence, and a shared purpose. The program empowers students to practice compassion, connection, and communications as leaders on and off the field. In the fall a group of 22 students from the boys and girls lacrosse teams met every friday for 5 weeks to work collectively on developing leadership skills.
