My experience working at Colegio Marymount will always have a special place in my heart as this school truly pushed me towards developing my skills to become the educator I am today. The vision of the school’s mission statement is “Be the leaders, educating leaders.” With that being said, the leadership poured extensive energy and focus into professional development that concentrated on the flipped classroom model, providing student agency, and carrying out impactful project-based learning. Through copious levels of encouragement and collaboration, the administration and faculty worked together to provide a unique learning experience with student-centered instruction and an abundance of opportunities to put theory into practice.
